This piece of Norfolk Pine is from Hawaii. Two years ago, I took a trip to Hawaii and visited several turners. One of them gave me this wonderful piece. It is turned very thin and when you put it up to the light it is translucent. It is about 7 inches wide and 8 inches tall. It is placed on a stand so the concentric ring of knot is better shown.
